The TrackSpikes Shop
Cross country spikes are built tougher than track spikes, with rubber outsoles, more protective uppers and pins long enough to bite into mud and wet grass. These are the XC spikes we rate for everything from school races to the National.

Most courses suit 9mm to 12mm pins, but very muddy courses can call for 15mm. Always check the race rules, as some courses with paved sections limit pin length.
