The Triumph is Saucony’s most cushioned road shoe, and it features in both our flat feet and bad knees guides. Its cushy PWRRUN+ midsole makes it very comfortable, and the generous sole reduces shock through the feet and legs.
Stability is excellent, with minimal lateral movement, so you can run with your natural gait. There’s a noticeable bounce in your step from the first run, and the wide, accommodating toe box suits wider feet. It’s very much a road shoe, though: the outsole isn’t built for mud or rugged trails.
The Triumph 24 is the current model.
Who it’s for: runners wanting maximum cushioning for long road miles.
